Bartone and State Fire Marshal Jon M. Davine.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s no truly safe way to smoke, but smoking on home oxygen is especially dangerous,\u201d Bartone said in a news release. \u201cIf you or someone you love uses home oxygen, please don\u2019t smoke.\u201d<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>The West Springfield Fire Department responded to an apartment building at 2071 Riverdale St. early Monday for a report of a fire.
