The April 24 incident began after Plymouth police received a 911 call reporting a domestic violence incident shortly after 9:35 a.m., prosecutors said. Bachoo fled the scene in a blue Volvo before police arrived.
About three minutes later, officers spotted Bachoo driving north on Route 3, prosecutors said. They initially gave chase, but the pursuit was soon called off due to Bachoo’s erratic driving.
